Who we are
This website is operated by Keyon Display Co., based in Indianapolis, Indiana. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@keyondisplay.com.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form, we receive the information you enter:
- Your name, company, email address and phone number
- Project details: what you need, industry, city and state, timeline, budget range and delivery preference
- Any notes or links to photos or files you choose to include
When you email us, we receive whatever you include in your message. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers also process technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which we use to keep the site secure and to limit repeated automated submissions.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare a quote
- To communicate with you about your project
- To protect the website from spam and abuse
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run this website. They process information on our behalf:
- Vercel, which hosts the website
- Resend, which delivers the emails sent when you submit the quote form
- Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from a person rather than an automated program
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile processes information about your browser and device on the quote form in order to tell people apart from automated traffic.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as we need them to respond, to carry out any work you ask us to do, and to keep ordinary business records.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@keyondisplay.com.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
